Need a property manager?

Colorado Springs is lucky to have several successful hard working property management companies.  Each company operates a little different from the other.  We recommend that you interview at least three companies to determine what it is you are looking for in a property manager and what it is they offer. 

I will personally visit your home and discuss our program requirements and cost at absolutely no charge or obligation to you.  We are happy to do it!  (Any other company will be happy to meet with you as well.)  Renting out your home is a very serious business and we feel you need to be as informed as you possibly can. 

We support our military and offer a substantial discount on our programs for the active and retired military.  We currently have 185 single family properties.  We have properties ranging in rent from $900 - $3000 per month.  Our properties are scattered all over El Paso County and we would be surprised to find a neighborhood that we either currently do not have a property or have never had one.  Additionally, we have our own maintenance company that includes handyman repairs, house cleaning and yard maintenance which helps keep your costs very low.

What is the first step?  Fill out the contact us page on the landlord tab and Karen from my office will call or email you to set up a time that is convenient to meet with you.  The meeting takes anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your questions!
