About Our Owners
Vince and Nancy Rusinak began the company in 1988 as The Rusinak House of Brokers, Inc. Our concept was to have the most professional group of REALTORS in the area. The owners led the program by earning the highest designations for owners and salespersons: the Certified Residential Broker (CRB) and Certified Residential Salesperson (CRS) designations. They had both earned Masters Degrees prior to entering the Real Estate Business. In 1994 the owners changed the name of the company to Rusinak Real Estate, Inc., for the public to better understand the business they were in. They completed the construction of their Colorado Springs office at 7150 North Academy Boulevard in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 2002.
About our Property Management Division
Our property management division prides itself on being the premier property management company in the Pikes Peak Area. Their ultimate goal, along with active involvement of our owners, is to preserve and maintain the single largest investment held in most personal investment portfolios, our owner’s single family homes. We are members of NARPM (National Association of Real Property Managers), a professional organization of Property Managers. We offer apartment and single family rental counseling.
About our Relocation Department
Since 1988, our personalized, caring staff is what sets our business development and relocation services apart. We provide assistance to individuals, corporations, real estate brokers and to those third-party relocation management companies who are relocating companies or who have clients who are considering a move into or out of the Pikes Peak Area. The Rusinak Real Estate Relocation Department's mission is to ensure professional, quality relocation services as an advocate for transferees by providing timely, relevant information, maintaining frequent communications and responding promptly to individual needs. We strive to maintain the highest level of performance along with our ongoing commitment to excellence.
